Hello my lovely readers, today I am showing you the beautiful MUA undressed eye shadow palette that is not only gorgeous, but is extremely pigmented and only £4 in Superdrug. I know, I couldn't believe the price either. MUA has been a forever loved brand by me, especially if I am on a budget, their range is all under £5 but yet such good quality! I'd defiantly say its very similar to Make-Up Revolution and e.l.f for price and quality

From the top left is Puff, Rose Ash, Fawn, Gild Hazel and Lion. And from bottom left is Bronze Ore, Burnished Brown, Tawny, Henna, Fuel and Cool Grey.

Without a doubt this is my favourite palette right now. As you can see the shades are so beautiful. in the palette you get 12 shades, you get 10 shimmer shades and two mattes. These shades are perfect for Autumn and Winter, the darker shades are great for all those Christmas and New Year parties. These are not colours I would wear in the summer as they are very neutral wintery shades. I enjoy shimmery eye shadows for nights out, especially around Christmas time, so I love that this palette is mostly shimmers. The shimmers are very pigmented but not 'in your face', they are all very buildable and look great with an eye shadow primer

Here are a few of my personal favourites

Gild

Bronze Ore

Fuel

As you can see the colours are amazing and the pay off is great! Now for the parts I don't like, Like every MUA palette the brush is not a soft brush and I always throw them away. I usually apply my shadows with Bobbi Brown brushes, the one below is eye smudge.

I also don't like the packaging because I feel the shadows would break so easily if I was to drop it or carry it around. But then again, the palette is only £4 and I have no issues with the products at all. So as for packaging, if I was to smash this they are easily replaced

Overall this is my favourite nude and metallic palette to date. Its so lovely and I always look forward to wearing these shadows. They are so suitable for day and night time looks. If you are thinking about adding this to you collection, do it!

Thank you for reading my Monday blog post, I hope you enjoyed reading about this amazing product and I hope many of you go and check it out in Superdrug, if you do, let me know! I could also do a blog post on eye looks using this palette if anyone would like to see that? I hope you are all having a good day! And have a lovely week. I will be back on Thursday. Hello! Back for another favourites and I have some new exciting things
to show you all, from make-up, skin care and fashion! I hope you all enjoy reading about my favourite bits and bobs of the month, enjoy!

My first favourite of the month has to be this lovely white ciate nail polish I revived in Octobers glossy box. I'm not usually one for white nails, but I have really been enjoying them this month, I feel it looks very classy, plus they go with every outfit! I think this nail polish is around the £10 mark which personally for me is not a price I'm willing so splash out on for nails, but after using this I think I may need to invest into ciate and their pretty colours!

Next up is my favourite foundation, not only of the month, but of all time. This is the L'Oreal True Match foundation which I recently reviewed. I have it in the palest shade, and as you pale girls will well know, finding a great pale foundation is hard work! This foundation suits my skin tone down to the T and is just amazing, I can not rave about this enough, thank you L'Oreal!

Next up is this beautiful highlighter from I Heart Make-up. I'm obsessed with highlighting and I feel is really helps your cheek bones to pop. I usually use Glossy Box's cream highlighter but found it was making my skin look a little greasy. So I thought I'd give a powder a go, I am so impressed with this highlighter, it gives a lovely pearl finish and lasts all day. As well as that its packaged similar to Too Faced blushers. Overall great price, beautiful product and super cute packaging!

I have always loved MUA lipsticks because they are only a £1 and in my opinion are better quality then some higher end brands. They have a lovely lipstick range in shimmers and mattes, my collection is defiantly growing strong. This lovely matte lippie is called Fawn Fancy and is a deep brown/reddish shade, very 90's. The best way to describe it is the 'Kylie Jenner Lip', this shade is very similar to what she often wears. The reason its in my favourite is its perfect shade for this time of year! I'm so so impressed with the lipstick, defiantly check MUA out if you haven't!

Next up is my essence stay concealer. This is a product I use for under eyes, and due to many meetings and interviews this month that I've wanted to look awake for, this has been a life saver. The product itself is extremely pigmented and lasts all day (without creasing under the eyes!!) A simple product can do a lot, and that is why I love my essence concealer!

This wonderful lipstick is another MUA and is called Lottne, this is again a very 90's shade and I love love love it! Its so smooth on my lips and the colour pay off it great, I like to wear this with a simple cat eyeliner. Again MUA lippies are a product I could not live without.

This is the moisturizer I've been trying out this month. I got it from Superdrug, its your normal everyday moisturizer but with vitamin E which has made my skin look so alive and health, this moisturizer isn't too thick or too thin and leaves my skin feeling very hydrated, 10 out of 10 Superdrug!

L'Oreal Paris True Match Foundation Review

I'm back girls and with a great foundation to tell you all about! Okay so here we have the wonderful L'Oreal Paris True Match foundation in the shade ivory. I've been wearing this foundation for the past week so this review is everything from price, colour, quality, texture to SPF. Before you read my blogging plan is to post Sunday's, Monday's and Thursdays, so if you like my blog make sure to check it out often, and if you like, follow me on instagram at missfixedbeauty. Enjoy!

Price and where can I buy this product? The price is £9.99 and for the quality I think this is definitely worth this price. I brought this foundation in Boots UK, I know its also available in Superdrug UK.

Packaging? The packaging is perfect for the foundation and makes it easy to shake before application. The only negative thing packaging wise I have to say about this is when you use it a few times the foundation smears on the lid and gives it that 'well used' look, I'm sure you all know what m talking about! :)

Colour? As its autumn and my skin is loosing its summer glow, I needed a foundation that would achieve my skin tone and none of my foundations were doing that, my foundation looked very yellow using max factor. So I brought this after swathing MANY foundations in boots and found this was the palest one. This colour is great for my skin tone which is pale and patchy due to small breakouts.

Texture? The texture is watery if not shaken, but if you shake it before each application the texture is very smooth, even and light.

Finnish? The foundation has a medium and buildable coverage, but is very light weight. It has a gorgeous glow that makes me look awake and ready for the day! I haven't been applying my normal Rimmel Stay Matte powder with this foundation because I feel it takes away the fresh face glow, but this foundation lasts hours without needing touch ups, with is always a bonus!

Who would I recommend this foundation too? Anyone with pale skin that struggles with foundation shades, id say go swatch this and I think you'll be surprised, I know I was! Anyone with acne also, this has great buildable coverage but it feels so light weight on the face, it also has an SPF of 17 which is fantastic. Overall this is a fantastic foundation and one I'l be repurchasing!
Okay so we all know as make-up geeks that this powder gets raved about so much! And I believe its a dupe for the MAC powder (which one? I'm unsure, someone tell me!) So I brought this must have powder yesterday from Superdrug for £3.99, firstly I must say for what you get for the price is awesome.

Packaging?
Unfortunately the only let down of the product is the packaging, it's not the flashy type of packaging that draws you towards a product and can be seen to look messy because of the transparent lid. All in all though the packing is pretty strong however I had the Rimmel London so clear powder earlier on in the year which came in the same packaging, and unfortunately the powder completely smashed due to getting thrown around in my suitcase ( thank you men of Crete that work in the airport,
fuckers )

Colour?
I got this powder in the shade 001 transparent, and I must say for someone as pale as me, this powder works great on my skin tone!

Claims?
The powder is very matte! I don't like to apply to much powder to my face at all and often throughout the summer haven't worn any because I worry it gives that unwanted 'old lady face' look! But I apply this to my forehead, nose and chin and any other places that can get oily, I don't apply much as too much powder leads to a very cakey face. However just the smallest amount of this product in the right area does the job! No cakey face, but also a perfect matte finish!

Would I recommend this product to someone?
Defiantly! I think this powder will work for lots of people and for the price you can not go wrong at all! The only thing I would recommend is if you have very dry skin try and stay clear of powders as it will only highlight them areas, also with acne (which I suffer with as well and unfortunately know from experience) as tempting as it is to apply a coat over acne after foundation, try not to as it will only dry them up throughout the day leave you with a very flaky face! :(

I hope this is helpful girls! any reviews can be requested on my instagram @missfixedbeauty

Miss Sporty Haul

Anyone who knows me, knows I've never been a fan of miss sporty, I've always found there products 'tacky'. Superdrug have a great sale on for miss sporty, 3 products for £5, so I thought, why not try some more of there products out and give them a go!

Above is the Miss sporty studio lash liquid eyeliner in brown. This eyeliner has a lovely colour for soft looks. This colour is perfect for those back to school looks and for me as a trainee beauty therapist, as minimal make-up is required. The part that sucks about this product is the applicator, for some people it may be simple to use, but I find it very bendy and not easy to apply at all, I also have sensitive eyes and this products makes my eyes slightly sore. But all in all, for this price this product has a great pay off, and is worth the money if you are used to liquid eyeliners id recommend giving this a go

Miss Sporty lip gloss. This is in the shade 'gentlemen prefer me'. I find this lip gloss looks great alone or with a nude lipstick. The colour and pay off is great, however I find this lip gloss to be slightly sticky though, that said, I've never really worn lip glosses before so I have nothing to compare this to. I do think for the price this is a great lip gloss, they have more shade then this, this gloss has a lot of shimmer in also, I think this will be great over a balm in winter!

And finally, I have saved the best until last! This foundation even not in the sale is still under £5! I have this in the shade 001 ivory. Okay, so this foundation is probably this best foundation i've tried to oily and blemished skin, it has a great matte finish, yet it does not feel like you have much on at all! This foundation has got to be the best for oily skin, you get the great coverage and a slight glow, but this foundation has that matte finish you get once applying a powder, it sits on oily skin perfectly without powder which I great as I find powders can look caky on top of a matte foundation. The colour for pale skin is great, even my favourite foundation rimmel wake me up still doesn't completely match my skin tone, however this foundation, even with two layers looks completely natural and you wouldn't tell you had any on, but with the complete coverage at the same time. YES, it is a miracle, a great foundation for pale oily skin, full matte coverage AND under £5!

Fall Lips

MUA BARE LIPSTICK

This lipstick is a perfect nude shade with a tint of peach.

Not only is this lipstick £1, its also amazing quality. The MUA lipsticks have always been my favourite drugstore lipsticks based on price, quality and shade range. I'm pretty sure MUA has over 30 colours in there lipsticks range, with a great selection of mattes and shimmers. So for a start of lipstick user, from makeup artist building up a good quality kit on a budget MUA lippies are a win!

So Bare, by far one of the best shades in my opinion in the collection. The lipsticks offer full coverage , long lasting effect and dry fast. The packaging itself is not the best, but its strong and does the job, just a regular lippie packaging!

So if you want a huge lipstick collection but don't want to spend hundreds of pounds, take a look at MUA! I know they are in many superdrug stores across the UK , the also have a website so go check out all there amazing super cheap products!
